At AFG since 2017, he held roles like Head of Broker Experience and Business Relationship Manager.

Before AFG, Joseph worked at Commonwealth Bank Australia (CBA) as a Business Development Manager and Senior Credit Analyst, earning the CBA Relationship Manager of the Year award for FY 15/16. His career began at Fox Symes & Associates in roles such as Debt Advocate and Insolvency Manager.
